Qualifications

• Effective oral, written communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
• Must maintain certification in at least 1 Epic application.
• Minimal implementation and/or support experience desired.
• Holds a current license in a healthcare profession.

Responsibilities

• Participate in disaster recovery measures.
• Make recommendations, review and test changes, and each new release as assigned.
• Ensure test scripts reflect proposed workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze clinical operations and workflow.
• Incorporate patient safety factors in clinical design.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Analyze data conversion needs.
• Support training by updating trainers on new functionality.
• Communicate across teams about task assignments.
• Analyze new functionality in releases to identify impact.
• Provide on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.
• Ensure QA processes including change management and testing are followed.
