Amentum is seeking a Deputy Project/Program Manager for the SFHP near Idaho National Lab. The role leads a major EPCM program with a multi-billion dollar scope, reporting to the SFHP Project Manager and interfacing with the client and key subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years of senior program leadership in large projects, strong EPCM delivery, and extensive experience with government contracts, scheduling, risk, and cost control. US citizenship and L clearance readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive Sr. management experience on large projects.
• Experience leading EPCM programs or projects > $500M.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong background in project controls, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration.
• Leadership in government contracts with compliance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a major EPCM program valued up to $4B.
• Directly manage project managers, controls, construction, and engineering leads.
• Align engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations objectives.
• Manage safety, quality, budget, schedule, and risk performance.
• Prepare executive reports, metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Interface with client and subcontractors; ensure contract obligations.
