Amentum is seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager to lead the SFHP program near Idaho National Lab. You will oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions, interfacing with the client and major subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive critical path activities, and provide executive reporting while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across a $4B program.

Formación

• Minimum 20 years of progressive senior management experience on large projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field required.
• Experience leading EPCM projects or programs >$500 million in value.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership oversight for a major EPCM program up to $4 billion.
• Direct project managers, controls, construction, engineering leads, and support staff.
• Ensure alignment of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning objectives.
• Manage program safety, quality, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Lead contract administration, change management, and executive reporting.
