Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead EPC and construction projects with 70% travel to the SE region (GA, AL, SC, NC, MS). The role is based in Dunwoody, GA and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in construction PM.

You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client relations across multiple projects. The position entails managing RFPs, contracts, and staffing while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field and 7 years of PM experience in construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily construction activities across one or multiple projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall costs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field personnel, and craft labor.
• Ensure safety and quality requirements are followed.
• Work with clients and provide project updates.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Manage RFPs, bids, subcontractor selection, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, documentation and claims.
• Track progress, schedules, earned value and costs.
• Manage staffing plans, labor costs, equipment and materials.
• Ensure permits, insurance, licensing, and bonding are in place.
• Mentor junior PMs and field staff.
