Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead EPC and construction projects with 70% travel to the SE region (GA, AL, SC, NC, MS). The role is based in Dunwoody, GA and requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in construction PM.

You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client relations across multiple projects. The position entails managing RFPs, contracts, and staffing while mentoring junior staff.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure permits, insurance, licensing, and bonding are in place.
• Mentor junior PMs and field staff.

Job Description

Responsible for managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and construction projects from pre-construction through completion and warranty. This person owns the overall safety, quality, schedule, budget, contracts, subcontractors, staffing, client relationship, and successful execution of the project.

Day-to-Day

• Oversee daily construction activities across one or multiple projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall costs
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and craft labor
• Ensure safety and quality requirements are being followed
• Work directly with clients and provide project updates
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Manage RFPs (Requests for Proposal), bids, subcontractor selection, and proposals
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
• Handle RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, documentation, and claims
• Track project progress, schedules, earned value, and cost metrics
• Manage staffing plans, labor costs, equipment, and materials
• Make sure permits, insurance, licensing, and bonding requirements are in place
• Conduct project risk, safety, quality, financial, and progress reviews
• Support commissioning/startup activities
• Oversee project turnover, closeout, warranties, and final documentation
• Mentor assistant PMs, coordinators, interns, and field supervision

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years relevant project management experience in the construction industry required.

Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).

Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Multiple years of experience on construction project sites or executing program management in the industries of aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transportation, transmission & distribution, or water is preferred. A basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is required.

Must be able to meet the company's driving requirements.

Compensation:

$130,000 to $140,000 year annual salary + bonus!
