Intersect, a team focused on energy and data center infrastructure, seeks an EPC Transactions Lead to own and execute EPC and equipment-supply contracts for gas-generation projects and related assets. You will coordinate with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal to bring bankable contracts to execution.

Success depends on decisive leadership, strong numbers, and calm performance under pressure, building partnerships with EPC contractors and suppliers for long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of EPC procurement and contracting experience for large-scale gas generation, data center, or utility-scale projects.
• Strong deal leadership with ability to own complex responsibilities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong contracting and negotiation skills including warranties, liquidated damages, and delivery schedules.
• Proven ability to translate technical/financial requirements into cohesive commercial contracts and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute EPC and equipment supply contracts for gas generation and related assets.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes, including scope definition, bid leveling, and award recommendations.
• Manage post-contract actions: amendments, change orders, claims, performance monitoring, and warranties.
• Drive cross-functional deal leadership across Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal.
• Translate requirements into bankable contract structures and present options to executives.
