PROENERGY seeks a Director of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Commercial Contracts to lead all EPC contract scoping, RFPs, negotiation and execution for data center campus style developments. You will drive commercial strategy, risk management and project economics across large-scale natural gas generation and co-located data center projects.

Reporting to the VP of EPC, you will coordinate with Development, Origination, Technical Solutions, Finance and Regulatory teams, manage budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, technical or business.
• 15+ years of commercial, technical, or professionally related experience in the Power, Energy and/or Oil & Gas sectors.
• This should include at least 2 years of technical writing, and at least 5 years of experience with Terms & Conditions, as a portion of their previous responsibilities.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-discipline construction contracts exceeding $100M+.
• Fluent in English with strong communication, speaking, reading, and comprehension skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead EPC contract scoping, RFPs, negotiations, and execution.
• Oversee commercial management of major EPC contracts—scope, RFP, negotiations, change orders, and cost control measures.
• Drive process improvements and standardization in project controls, reporting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client contract requirements.
• Collaborate with Development, Origination, Technical Solutions, Finance and Regulatory teams to deliver on project objectives.
