Job summary

Intersect is seeking an EPC Transactions Lead to own high-value procurement and contracts for gas generation and related assets. You will structure RFPs, negotiate EPC agreements, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal to bankable contracts.

In this role you will drive deal leadership with strong numbers, build partnerships with EPC contractors and OEMs, and translate complex requirements into compelling commercial terms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in EPC procurement and contracting for large-scale gas generation, data center, or utility-scale projects.
• Strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills, with familiarity with warranties and delivery schedules.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, bankable deals.
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Excel, and Slack for modeling and presenting scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute EPC and equipment supply contracts for gas generation and related assets.
• Lead end-to-end EPC and equipment RFP processes, including scope, bid leveling, and final award recommendations.
• Manage post-contract actions: amendments, change orders, claims, performance monitoring, and warranty administration.
