Job summary

Intersect is building the next wave of power and data center infrastructure in the United States. As an Equipment Procurement Transaction Lead, you will own high-value equipment transactions—solar, BESS, gas generation, wind, and HV assets—negotiating EPC and supply contracts while aligning with project schedules and finance targets.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams across Development, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Legal to secure bankable contracts and long-run value, maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years procuring major equipment and negotiating EPC or equipment supply contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver bankable contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute major equipment supply transactions for power/data center projects.
• Lead end-to-end RFPs, scope definition, bid leveling, and award recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure bankable, compliant contracts.
