Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience with substations. Responsibilities include creating project definitions, budgets, schedules, and working with stakeholders to ensure profitability and timely payments.

You will mentor junior project managers, coordinate with construction managers, and lead subcontractor coordination, with a pay range of $138,320 to $197,600 and travel of 10% or less.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 13+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manage project costs to ensure profitability.
• Prepare client billings and monitor payments from clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and monitor technical work and deliverables.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepare monthly reports and bid packages.
