Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant substations experience. The role covers defining scopes, schedules, budgets, and objectives, managing costs, and ensuring project profitability.

You will prepare client billings, review invoices, monitor risks, and coordinate with stakeholders. Leadership of project teams and ensuring on-time delivery are key expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list)

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Manages project costs and is responsible for ensuring profitability.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Coordinates and monitors the technical work of each task / deliverable.
