Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead the development and maintenance of integrated EPC schedules across PV, battery storage and high‑voltage projects. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and travel to job sites to gain on‑site insight.

You will mentor junior schedulers, contribute to schedule control processes, and ensure CPM best practices while coordinating with owners and consultants. Remote work is possible with periodic travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior scheduling in an EPC environment required.
• High proficiency with P6 software and planning methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC schedules using P6.
• Attend project meetings and update schedules bi-monthly.
