Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for solar, storage, and substation projects across the U.S. You will lead a team of schedulers, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams, and provide oversight to less-experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience in an EPC environment.
• High proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with engineering, procurement and field teams.
• Update schedules regularly and analyze critical path deviations.
• Perform what-if analyses for schedule changes and mitigate delays.
