Job summary

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility-scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide.

The Senior Scheduler will develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution, collaborating with PV, battery storage, HV and services units, and mentoring junior schedulers.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior scheduling in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency with Primavera P6 software.
• Strong ability to read plans and specs.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods and CPM scheduling.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and contribute to their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of schedules and perform quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams for feedback.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and update schedules bi-monthly.
• Maintain delay logs and LD exposure with custom P6 reports.
• Communicate schedule updates and propose corrective actions.
