Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead EPC project scheduling nationwide. This remote role requires travel to job sites in the South Central and Midwest regions, with oversight of less experienced schedulers and close collaboration with engineering, procurement and field teams.

You will build and maintain schedules with Primavera P6, analyze drawings and contracts, conduct what-if analyses, run weekly coordination meetings and deliver regular status reports while ensuring CPM best

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience in EPC environments required.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor schedulers, guiding their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, field teams for schedule inputs.
• Attend weekly schedule meetings and report progress.
• Maintain delay logs and corrective action tracking.
• Prepare weekly regional status reports.
