Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. You will mentor other schedulers, coordinate with multiple business units, and travel to job sites to gain on-site understanding of means and methods.

The role is remote with periodic travel to Arizona and New Mexico. It requires leading CPM-based scheduling, maintaining schedules, and ensuring accuracy and buy-in from owners and consultants.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience in an EPC environment.
• High proficiency with P6 software and CPM scheduling.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specs.
• Excellent English communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams.
• Attend weekly meetings and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Perform what-if analyses and propose corrective actions.
