Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead project controls for EPC schedules across PV, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects. This remote role requires travel to job sites in the South Central and Midwest regions and oversight of less experienced schedulers.

Proficiency in P6 and strong analysis are essential. The Senior Scheduler will develop and maintain realistic schedules, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams, attend weekly meetings, and mentor

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• Strong proficiency with P6 software is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their development.
• Develop and maintain EPC project schedules using P6.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and update schedules bi-monthly.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management and field teams.
• Maintain delay logs and analyze critical path deviations.
• Communicate schedule updates to project teams and scheduling manager.
