Job summary

Quanta Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead DB/EPC projects from inception through completion. You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental stewardship while coordinating with clients and team members.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive PM experience in power delivery, and the ability to drive project performance and schedules on complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years' experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work; contracting & project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead DB/EPC teams from inception to completion, including pursuit phase if requested.
• Coordinate engineering design and construction activities; manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental goals; report on overall project performance.
• Develop project schedules and respond to RFIs; mentor junior staff.
