Job summary

Quanta Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead design‑build/engineer‑procure‑construct projects in the power delivery sector. You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams, manage prime contracts and subcontracts, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site and in offices.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to drive project performance, mentor junior staff, and deliver projects on schedule and budget while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, preferably DB/EPC in power delivery.
• Knowledge of design, procurement, scheduling, bidding, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Leading integrated DB/EPC teams from inception to completion.
• Directing engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities.
• Administering prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Planning, reporting, and controlling overall project performance.
• Coordinating with customers for clear communication and satisfaction.
• Supervising PMs, CM’s, and site safety reps; mentoring junior staff.
• Managing RFI responses, change orders, and cost reporting.
• Overseeing project close-out and warranty activities.
