Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects from inception to closeout.

You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction teams, ensuring safe, compliant execution and strong customer satisfaction on energy infrastructure projects. The role requires a BS/BA in a related field and 10+ years in construction project management with DB/EPC exposure, plus robust leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with direct DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred; knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Proficiency in engineering, design, construction, contracting methodologies, and project planning/management tasks including prime contracts, purchase orders and subcontracts, field supervision, budget control, safety, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase.
• Directs engineering design and construction activities at intermediate and final stages.
• Administers prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensures safety, quality, environmental stewardship align with customer goals.
• Plans, executes, and reports on overall project performance.
• Maintains strong communication with customers for satisfaction and coordination.
• Oversees RFI responses and performs value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Monitors progress and administers changes to the prime contract.
