Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets.
• Manage costs and profitability for projects.
• Coordinate invoicing and payments with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Monitor risks, change management, and project status.
• Lead meetings, review deliverables, and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare monthly reports and bid packages; oversee closeouts.
