Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with heavy industrial power/power plant expertise to lead complex projects from definition through delivery.

You will manage schedules, budgets, client billing, risk, and change control while mentoring junior project managers and coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of relevant experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Significant design-build / EPC experience with heavy industrial power clients.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with budgets and gains concurrence and approval from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages; ensures timely client payments and vendor invoices.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
