Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a senior project manager to lead the Power Delivery project management team for Substation, Transmission and Distribution projects in the United States.

The role focuses on guiding project controls, scheduling, budgeting, scope management, and client engagement while promoting WSP culture and quality standards. The SPM will oversee engineering teams, ensure timely project execution, and mentor staff, with travel to client sites and offices as needed in a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. PMP preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• Experience leading engineering/construction teams for medium to large utility-scale projects.
• Experience with EPC delivery model and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for Substation, Transmission and Distribution projects across the US.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and KPIs.
• Mentor and coach project staff to support career development.
• Lead contract reviews, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and regulatory compliance.
