Kiewit Power Delivery is seeking an EPC Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale power delivery projects across North America. You will oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, coordinating multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years of project management on major energy infrastructure, strong financial and safety leadership, and a track record of delivering projects exceeding $100 million in TIC.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible project management experience on large EPC/heavy civil projects.
• Minimum 5 years managing power delivery projects including transmission, distribution, substations, or related utility infra.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $100 million in TIC.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for EPC power delivery projects from development through turnover.
• Lead engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations integration.
• Direct field construction activities with self-perform and subcontracted labor.
• Manage direct labor staffing, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Oversee project financial performance, cost control, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Champion safety and quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate commissioning, startup, turnover, and asset handover activities.
