Job summary

Kiewit Power Delivery seeks an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead large-scale power infrastructure from development to turnover. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, safety, quality, and cost performance while coordinating with clients and stakeholders on complex projects.

This role requires strong leadership, contractual understanding, and the ability to drive engineering, procurement, and construction to successful completion at multiple sites, with preference for DFW, Houston, or KC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience on large EPC or heavy civil projects.
Minimum 5 years managing power delivery projects.
Experience with self-perform construction and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of EPC contracting models.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for EPC power delivery projects from development through turnover.
Establish execution strategies, staffing, risk, and controls.
Lead teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
Interface with clients, utility stakeholders, and regulators.
Oversee coordination between engineering, procurement, and field execution.
