Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Power & Energy Power Delivery Management Team. The role leads project management across Substation, Transmission, and Distribution projects in the US, focusing on EPC delivery for engineer-procure-construct engagements.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure QA/QC adherence while interfacing with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-value power delivery solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; PMP may be preferred.
• 15+ years in project management for Power Delivery/Utility sectors.
• Experience leading EPC or similar delivery models with HV/EHV projects.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management, risk, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for high-voltage/EHV projects across the US.
• Mentor project management staff and ensure adherence to PMBOK practices.
• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate contract reviews, risk mitigation, and client presentations.
• Drive project reporting, closeout, and lessons learned workshops.
