Job summary

Brightsmith is partnering with a global leader in power and energy infrastructure to deliver major 100MW+ projects across the U.S. You will manage EPC and construction, coordinating development, procurement, and commissioning.

This role supports fast-moving, complex programs including natural gas generation and battery energy storage, with a focus on onsite construction management, scheduling, risk, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering utility-scale power or energy infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on onsite construction management experience (min 2 years).
• Experience with 100MW+ projects.
• Experience across construction and commissioning.
• Experience delivering projects in the U.S.
• Experience with EPC partners, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• EPC and construction management for 100MW+ power projects.
• Project planning, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Managing EPC contractors, suppliers and key project partners.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction stakeholders.
• Supporting projects from development and pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Managing schedule, risk and execution across complex, fast-moving projects.
