Job description

We are partnering with a leading EPC and infrastructure organization to identify experienced Senior Project Managers for several large-scale data center and power infrastructure projects currently underway.

This position will provide leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, commercial management, scheduling, and project controls for complex EPC projects exceeding $250M in value. The successful candidate will lead project teams, oversee subcontractors and vendors, manage client relationships, and drive successful project execution from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale EPC and Design-Build projects from development through closeout
• Direct engineering, procurement, construction, scheduling, and project controls activities
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, contracts, GMPs, and commercial execution
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement strategies, and contract administration
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnel
• Develop and maintain client relationships while serving as a primary project contact
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance objectives
• Support project reporting, change management, and executive-level communications

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience leading large EPC, Design-Build, or capital infrastructure projects
• Background in data centers, power delivery, utilities, transmission, distribution, substations, renewable energy, BESS, industrial EPC, or mission-critical infrastructure
• Experience managing projects valued at $100M+ preferred
• Strong understanding of contracts, GMPs, procurement, and commercial project execution
• Experience supervising project teams and mentoring junior staff
• Primavera P6 experience preferred
