Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale EPC/EPFI energy infrastructure projects from Houston, TX. You will act as the primary client representative, directing multidisciplinary teams and delivering on scope, schedule, and profitability.

The role requires 15+ years in EPC with at least 8 years in project leadership, a relevant engineering degree, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. On-site work in Houston with exposure to major international projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of EPC industry experience, including at least 8 years in a Project Manager role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval Architecture, or related discipline) or Construction Management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of large-scale EPC/EPFI projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
• Serve as the primary client representative, building strong relationships while driving customer satisfaction and project performance
• Develop and execute project strategies, risk management plans, execution plans, and financial forecasts to achieve profitability goals
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams, oversee resource planning, and provide strategic leadership throughout project execution
• Manage contracts, change orders, subcontractors, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
