Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. in Houston seeks a senior Project Manager to lead major EPC projects from award to field commissioning, guiding engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities across the US.

You will manage executive-level client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive schedules, costs, and changes while upholding Enerflex processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience in large EPC environments.
• Experience leading complex, high-risk turnkey projects across multiple disciplines.
• Strong communication with executive-level stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large EPC projects from initiation to closeout.
• Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and lead high-impact meetings.
• Oversee schedule, cost, risk, and change management in line with contracts.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and ethical leadership across teams.
