Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an EPC Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end management of complex energy engineering, procurement, and construction projects. You will oversee from concept through handover, ensuring scope, schedule, safety, and budget compliance while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in large-scale specialty construction with EPC exposure, PMP (preferred), and deep knowledge of construction trades in energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale specialty construction projects, including EPC leadership.
• Experience across full project lifecycle: feasibility, conceptual design, site assessment, and proposal support.

Responsibilities

• Lead early phases of project development: feasibility, site diligence, conceptual design, cost estimation.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules with BD and engineering teams.
• Provide guidance on project strategy and risk during pre-contract.
• Direct on-site management of EPC projects: safety, quality, schedule, budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources.
• Mentor and guide other Project Managers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Maintain strong client, contractor, and vendor relationships; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present updates to senior leadership and clients; negotiate contracts and manage changes.
