Job summary

JAB Recruitment client in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑level midstream EPC projects. You will coordinate with global teams to drive execution from concept through commissioning, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.

The role demands extensive experience in large energy projects, strong leadership, and advanced scheduling (Primavera). Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, construction, and procurement teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Has led min 3 complete EPC projects, one valued >$1Bn TIC.
• Extensive experience in basic and detailed engineering activities for large process plants.
• Mentors junior Project Engineers and managers to deliver mega projects.
• Strong organizational, communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex execution strategies across multiple centers and partners.
• Translate project goals into executable plans.
• Manage project budget and schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Drive collaboration across multi-office and multi-cultural teams.
• Review performance against engineering schedules and mitigate scope/budget/schedule changes.
• Develop engineering/design execution, construction and commissioning strategies.
• Coordinate with procurement, contracts, and project controls to align plans.
