Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval Architecture, or related discipline) or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of relevant EPC industry experience, including at least 8 years in a Project Manager role (or equivalent FEED project leadership experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of large-scale EPC/EPFI projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
• Serve as the primary client representative, building strong relationships while driving customer satisfaction and project performance
• Develop and execute project strategies, risk management plans, execution plans, and financial forecasts to achieve profitability goals
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams, oversee resource planning, and provide strategic leadership throughout project execution
• Manage contracts, change orders, subcontractors, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
