Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects from inception to completion.

You’ll direct engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery, while managing prime contracts and subcontracts. You will supervise field operations, coordinate with customers, and drive project performance through reporting and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, DB/EPC in power delivery.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, methods, equipment for transmission, distribution, substation.

Responsibilities

• Direct DB/EPC project management and oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction teams.
• Administer prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders; ensure safety, quality and environmental goals.
• Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance and progress.
• Coordinate communication with the customer to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• Supervise onsite and offsite project management staff and coordinate with CM and safety reps.
• Respond to RFI, perform value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and value reporting; manage changes.
• Procure and track subcontracts and purchase orders; review invoices and submittals.
• Monitor progress of design and construction activities; manage project close-out and warranty.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain adherence to internal standards and procedures.
