Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead DB/EPC projects across design, procurement, and construction phases. You will supervise engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams while managing prime contracts and subcontracts to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

You will oversee field operations, audits, and RFI responses, ensuring alignment with contract specs, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10 years’ construction experience, with at least 5 years on DB/EPC projects in the Power Delivery industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Strong people relationship management skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion.
• Coordinate engineering design and construction activities and administration of primes/subcontracts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental stewardship across projects.
• Plan, execute, and report on overall project performance and progress.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and coordination at the jobsite.
• Develop and manage project schedules, values, and procurement status.
• Oversee changes to the prime contract and subcontracts as needed.
• Close-out and warranty administration; monitor post-construction cost reporting.
