Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Houston to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction management teams. You will supervise field operations and ensure contract compliance and effective subcontract administration.

The role requires extensive DB/EPC experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with customers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction-related field.
• 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years on DB/EPC projects in Power Delivery.
• Knowledge of engineering design, contracting, scheduling, budgeting and contract administration.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and project management software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion.
• Oversee prime contract administration, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance on projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and values.
• Provide monthly progress, budget forecasting and schedule management reports.
