Job summary

Twelve is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to lead commercial and contractual activities on medium to large capital projects, including EPC and construction contracts in oil & gas, energy, and heavy industry. You will ensure compliance, maintain disciplined records, manage change, and protect project value throughout award, execution, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
• 20+ years of progressive contract administration or equivalent complex project experience.
• Experience administering EPC/EPCM, construction, subcontract, and major services contracts in oil & gas, energy, chemicals, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract structures, terms, risk allocation, and closeout requirements.
• Proven ability to manage change orders, notices, and final accounts with a focus on risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract development and administration processes.
• Administer complex contracts from award through execution, commissioning support, final account, and closeout.
• Review terms, obligations, payment provisions, change mechanisms, and warranties.
• Maintain complete contract records, logs, and correspondence for audit readiness and dispute avoidance.
• Lead change administration, including evaluation, negotiation support, and routing of approvals.
• Support contractor claims analysis, delays, disruption, and commercial settlements.
• Coordinate with Project Controls, Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and HSE to align contract management with scope, cost, and risk.
• Review contractor invoices and progress payments for compliance.
