Job summary

MasTec Renewables, including IEA Constructors, seeks a senior contract manager to lead EPC contract administration with project leadership. You will drive entitlement strategies, manage changes and risk, and coordinate with Commercial and Legal teams on notices and change order administration.

You will oversee risk assessments, change orders, and claims on large-scale projects, interfacing with clients and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline with 10+ years in contract management on large projects.
• Experience in EPC, design‑build, renewables, transmission, power, or heavy civil projects is preferred.
• CCM/CPCM/PMP or MRICS/AACE/PSP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for complex contractual and commercial issues.
• Present commercial risk assessments and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Establish relationships with project leadership teams.
• Identify potential changes and provide forward-looking analysis.
• Interface with clients on contractual matters and change orders.
• Support project closeout and risk reporting.
