Job summary

Twelve is leading a major industrial carbon transformation initiative and seeks a Senior Contract Specialist in Moses Lake, WA. You will manage complex EPC contracts, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and HSE to safeguard project value.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in oil and gas, energy, or heavy industrial projects, with strong change management, record‑keeping, and risk mitigation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 20+ years of contract administration or similar experience on complex projects.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM, construction, and major service contracts.
• Willing to relocate to Moses Lake, WA for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract development and administration processes.
• Administer complex EPC/EPCM, construction, subcontract, and major service agreements from award to closeout.
• Interpret terms, deliverables, notices, changes, payments, securities, and warranties.
• Maintain contract records, logs, and closeout documentation for audit readiness.
• Lead change administration, evaluation, and negotiation support with project teams.
• Support entitlement analysis for contractor claims, delays, and settlements.
• Coordinate with Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and HSE on contract alignment.
• Review invoices, progress applications, milestones, retention, and supporting docs.
• Ensure contractor compliance with terms, reporting, insurance, and bonding.
