Job summary
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 7 years of PM experience.
Experience on construction sites or program management in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar sectors is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with document control, scheduling and cost control software.
Must meet driving requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction activities and the execution of one or more projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, cost development and key objectives.
Manage client relationships and interface with clients on proposals and project items.
Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; participate in risk reviews.
Implement project execution plans, staffing, procurement, and documentation processes.
Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and budget; perform audits and assessments.
