• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction.

• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-site/construction program experience across aviation, commercial, energy, manufacturing and transportation sectors.
• Must meet driving requirements per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multiple projects.
• Provide direction in planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost development.
• Develop client relationships for proposals and project items.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; manage risk reviews.
• Implement project execution plans including safety and QA plans.
• Coordinate staffing, logistics, and subcontractor management.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, reporting, and project status.
