Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC/PM oversight from pre-construction through warranty. You will lead day-to-day site activities, manage safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and subcontractor coordination across multiple projects.

You will develop plans, monitor progress, review reports, and mentor field staff while interfacing with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction is required.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Access.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of one or more projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, cost development, and staffing.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; manage risk reviews and reports.
