Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in US-CA-Brea is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the EPC Project Manager from pre-construction through warranty. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and subcontractors while coordinating with client relations and field staff to execute complex EPC, Construction, and Program Management projects.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Construction/Engineering/Management and 7 years of relevant PM experience, with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 7 years PM experience.
• Experience may substitute degree.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Experience with project management software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multiple projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, and cost controls.
• Manage client relationships and interface for proposals and projects.
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and risk reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
