Job summary

SPRING LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC project leadership from pre-construction through warranty. You will oversee safety, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, documentation turnover, and client relations across multiple projects.

This role requires a 10+ year background in construction, strong planning and risk management, and the ability to coordinate across engineering teams and field staff to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction/engineering or related field with 10+ years PM experience.
• Experience in Transmission & Distribution industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure project goals.
• Plan, schedule, estimate costs, and manage critical objectives.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for proposals and projects.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; manage risk reviews.
• Lead site staffing, safety plans, QA/QC, and procurement.
• Coordinate across multiple global practices and disciplines.
• Review budgets, cash flow, and project status reports.
• Ensure permits, insurance, licensing, and bonding compliance.
• Mentor interns and junior staff; support project closeout.
