Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Senior Project Manager for electrical construction projects. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and controlling projects from inception to completion, bidding, and ensuring client requirements are met.

You will lead project administration, superintendents, and engineers, manage budgets, safety, and scheduling, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience leading electrical construction projects; bid and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades, safety, schedules, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead project administration, superintendents, and engineers; ensure client requirements and quality standards.
• Manage bidding process, distribute documents, answer bidder questions, and issue addenda as needed.
• Oversee change orders, contracts, and negotiate with bidders; ensure on-time project delivery within budget.
• Monitor site progress, safety compliance, materials delivery, and resource utilization.
• Record costs, manage vendor relationships, and report project status to stakeholders.
