Job summary

Level 10 Construction LP is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee administrative, contractual, financial and technical aspects of assigned projects. You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent, guiding a team of Project Engineers on schedule, cost and quality.

Responsibilities include cost control, bid analysis, change order review and cash-flow preparation, with emphasis on safety and teamwork across the site. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Viewpoint or similar, and Primavera or similar.
• Strong data analysis, budgeting, cost control and procurement understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in cost control, scheduling and safety.
• Develop constructability reviews of design documents.
• Update project schedules and budgets as directed.
• Coordinate estimates, budgets, revisions and cash flows with the team.
• Analyze contract changes (CORs/SCOs) and review cost reports.
• Support bid analysis, value schedules and owner billings with the PM.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
