Succession Planning for Railroads Investing in the Next Generation LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC project managers through pre-construction to warranty, coordinating safety, quality, schedules, costs, and contracts on large rail infrastructure programs.

You will oversee field staff, manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensure permits, risk reviews, and documentation turnover while collaborating with engineering and client teams to deliver projects on time and within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years relevant project management experience in the Transmission & Distribution industry is required.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety programs, training, and policies and manage safety performance of project team members and subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of one or multiple projects.
• Provide direction in planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and project objectives.
• Develop and manage client relationships for proposals and project items.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; manage risk reviews and documentation.
