Job summary

Blackeagle Energy Services LLC is seeking a Project Manager for EPC construction projects in Cincinnati. You will lead projects from concept to completion, coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, and procurement, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of PM experience in oil & gas or utility construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive project management experience.
• Background in oil & gas pipeline/facility construction and/or municipal utility work.
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, DOT, and permitting requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all aspects of assigned construction projects from concept to completion.
• Define project scope with senior management and develop detailed work plans and milestones.
• Determine labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material requirements and manage procurement.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet objectives.
• Ensure implementation of site safety plans and act as Safety Champion.
• Oversee project team members, manage contracts, change orders, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs/RFCs, and document control; track progress and costs.
