Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and client relations while coordinating with field teams and contractors.

Must have 5+ years of electrical construction experience, read drawings, and lead cross-functional teams. Union membership is explicitly not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial and/or industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Resolve project issues and maintain client relationships.
