Job summary

Polaris Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee integrated engineering, procurement and construction for large capital projects in the energy sector.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and cost performance, and ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are met. The role requires 20+ years of project management experience in oil/gas, chemical, or refining environments, PMP/CAPM or equivalent, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years' PMI/PM experience with 10+ years as a project manager in oil/gas.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk and change management.
• Experience in an engineering design company.
• Available for short-term travel.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
